The Part-Time Cannabis Grow Worker position involves assisting in the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment. Workers will be part of a backup team, called upon during the absences of core team members, providing flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting, growing, and harvesting of cannabis plants.
• Monitor plant health and growth, ensuring optimal conditions for development.
• Irrigate plants effectively, maintaining appropriate moisture levels.
• Utilize hand tools for various tasks including pruning and trimming.
• Perform routine maintenance of the greenhouse environment, including temperature and humidity control.
• Assist with landscape management around the growing area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required for moving plants, soil, and equipment.
• Apply basic math skills to measure nutrients and water accurately for plant care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with greenhouse operations is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily tasks.
