The Parking Operations Account Manager is responsible for the administration of all day-to-day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management. This role involves directly overseeing one or more operations and being responsible for account performance regarding financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives. The position requires maintaining relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads for new business opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for the accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff, expected to inspire associates to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills.
