About the position

The RFP Intern at Parametric will support the RFP Team in assisting with various duties related to the Institutional and Wealth Management distribution channels. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to compile and disseminate information for both internal and external clients, focusing on firm and strategy level information. The internship is designed for students progressing towards a Bachelor's degree, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment management and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFP Specialists with recurring and ad hoc due diligence requests.
• Compile and disseminate information to internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support the RFP process.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel, including PivotTables and V-Lookups.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn about the firm's structure and policies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with proposal, database, and/or CRM software.
