About the position
Robert Half is seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with complex plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to trial. This role is crucial in managing litigation cases and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures, while also providing excellent support to the legal team.
Responsibilities
- Managing plaintiff litigation case from inception (pre-suit) to conclusion (trial/settlement)
- Case management from inception to conclusion of cases in State and Federal Courts
- Proficient in State and Federal Court Rules and Procedures
- Preparing draft discovery responses and draft routine motions
Requirements
- 5+ years of paralegal experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish - verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; as well as Courtmap and E-Filing with Pacer
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
