About The Position

The Panel Inside Sales Coordinator role involves managing incoming customer requests via phone, email, and text for quotations, pricing, delivery information, and order modifications. This position requires answering product-related questions, maintaining accurate data entry for orders, and verifying order details. The coordinator must understand and prioritize urgent situations, responding promptly and effectively. A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure operational excellence. This includes purchasing necessary materials for orders and gathering information from vendors and internal teams to provide comprehensive details to customers.

Requirements

  • Six months or more of a sales role with proven success.
  • Sales regulatory knowledge to include TCPA awareness.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within various departments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and sales skills required.
  • PC skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Responsibilities

  • Accepts incoming phone calls, e-mails, and texts requests for quotation, price, delivery and new/change orders.
  • Answers questions related to company’s product offering.
  • Maintains data entry on orders and performs order verification to ensure accuracy.
  • Understands the urgency and priorities of situations, as they arise, and implements appropriate and timely responses.
  • Establishes and maintains key relationships with customers, and key internal departments at all levels in order to drive operational excellence.
  • Purchases material needed for each order.
  • Gain information from vendors and internal departments to provide complete information to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
