Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Must be comfortable working from heights
- Some sites may require a background check
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Set up a conventional paint pot
- Use air assisted and airless paint systems
- Mix kits of paint
- Paint complex structures
- Work on solo projects and as a member of a team
- Understand and use WFT gauges
- Apply common industrial coatings
- Consistently hit mils while painting
