Responsibilities

• Mixing paints and matching colors to meet project specifications.
• Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming as necessary.
• Applying paint to various surfaces in a professional manner.
• Acting as a positive teammate by assisting in onboarding new employees.
• Providing care and compassion to residents through interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
