What we Offer: • Medical Insurance • 100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance • 401K with Employer Contribution • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) • Education Reimbursement (related field) • Employee Referral Program and Recognition Program • Paid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annually Job Description: Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma or an equivalent Proficient in the English language Previous painting experience is preferred, but not required Flexibility to work any shift including evenings and weekends as necessary to meet deadlines This position is safety sensitive and is subject to DOT drug and alcohol regulations Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check Role and Responsibilities Clean parts to prep for primer and paint using cleaning solutions, sealants, paint strippers and corrosion-preventive chemicals, wire brushes, chemical sprays, cloth wipes, water, degreasers, wet hone and media blast Measure and mask off all areas to be excluded from paint and primer Set up and operation of tools and equipment including continued maintenance May assist with paint application Use calibrated tools to ensure proper coating thickness Touch up spots that may have been missed Transfer parts using hand pushed carts, and operate large commercial oven to bake coatings Use proper personal protective equipment when applicable Maintain work records Follow prescribed safety regulations while maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Coordinate with Management and Inspectors to ensure compliance with FAA and internal quality standards May assist in plating and sub-assembly as needed with prep work Skills and Abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements

  • Set up and operation of tools and equipment including continued maintenance
  • May assist with paint application
