About the position

Boll & Branch is seeking a Paid Social Manager to support their paid social team, focusing on efficient customer acquisition through Meta paid social channels. This full-time role involves hands-on execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns, managing budgets, and reporting actionable insights to maximize sales and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing for DTC e-commerce brands, particularly during high-demand periods like Q4.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution and optimization of Meta paid social campaigns.
• Launch new campaigns and ads for promotional changes, especially during Q4.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance.
• Oversee and optimize landing page experiences to improve performance.
• Maintain up-to-date reports and analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support budget management and optimizations during peak sales periods.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of hands-on Meta paid social experience in a performance marketing role.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets during high holiday periods.
• Expert knowledge in Meta Ads Manager and hands-on buying experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing data tools like Google Analytics and Looker.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with luxury brands or higher-priced goods.
• Familiarity with additional digital channels such as Pinterest, Display, Affiliate, and Paid Search.
