The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid search and YouTube campaigns across various platforms. This role involves managing and improving campaign performance, developing media plans and budgets, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will apply best practices in keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ad copy testing, while also conducting research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and clients on landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization is key. The role requires analyzing data to uncover insights and translate them into optimization plans, executing A/B tests, and managing campaign pacing to meet goals. The Paid Search Manager will also implement and test strategies to improve leads, sales, ROAS, and overall client outcomes, while collaborating with the broader search team and supporting the training of junior analysts.
