About The Position

Ocean Spray is seeking motivated Packaging Technicians to join their team at the Lehigh Valley facility. This is a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant with four production lines, handling significant North American volume. The role involves operating machinery, assisting with line changeovers, performing maintenance, and upholding safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, year-round position with a 12-hour rotating night shift (6 pm-6 am) including rotating weekends and potential holidays. Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned cooperative, offering a meaningful opportunity to support family farmers while building valuable experience.

Requirements

Must maintain excellent attendance reliability.
Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr nights, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
Ability to work overtime for vacation coverage and training purposes.

Nice To Haves

Bottling and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Learn to operate all equipment in the bottling area.
Operate a forklift as required.
Assist in line changeovers.
Perform level one PMs (preventive maintenance).
Maintain a high level of safety and quality awareness.
Ensure compliance with all Safety and Quality standards, processes, and procedures.
Become familiar with and learn to operate multiple machine centers to promote cross-functional skills.
Communicate with all operators on the same shift and between shifts to ensure continuous productivity and effective operations.
