The position involves checking customer orders for accuracy then packaging the orders, as well as other duties related to shipping and postal services. We are a fast paced, growing business. Responsibilities
- Check customer orders for accuracy and package the orders.
- Lift and move totes containing orders of animal health products (medication and/or supplements) onto the workstation.
- Use computer terminal and handheld RFID scanner to select the correct program and scan each product to ensure the order is complete/accurate.
- Pack animal health products into boxes in accordance with policy/procedure.
- Prepare items for shipping by selecting the correct program on the computer terminal, printing out labels, and checking the accuracy of the name/address on the label.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn and successfully carry out facility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Organizational skills.
