About The Position

Please Assist Me partners with luxury residential communities to provide premium package management and resident lifestyle services. The Package Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across both the Package Department and Resident Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or service operations environments
  • Experience managing multiple teams or departments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings
  • Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes
  • Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards
  • Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows to improve service levels
  • Resolve resident package concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards
  • Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants
  • Create and manage employee schedules while ensuring proper staffing coverage
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
  • Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution when necessary
  • Support operational management of resident services including housekeeping, chores, and lifestyle support services
  • Coordinate service execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and resident satisfaction
  • Partner with operations staff to maintain high service standards across all resident-facing services
  • Respond to resident requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
  • Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
  • Track operational metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Maintain inventory and operational supplies as needed
  • Ensure all team members uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service
