About the position

The PACAF Events Strategist at Versar, Inc. is responsible for enhancing the capabilities of civil engineers in response to strategic communications needs, particularly in the context of cybersecurity training and operational readiness. This role involves planning and executing multi-faceted events and summits, coordinating with various stakeholders to effectively communicate campaign strategies and messaging under the oversight of AF/A4C program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid scaling of services to meet emerging strategic communications requirements for civil engineers.
• Implement process efficiency principles to support AF/A4C workshops and events.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate multi-faceted events and summits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and execute strategic architecture and messaging plans in response to USAF Revitalizing CE Squadron Campaigns and other related initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering mission areas and Legislative engagement requirements.
• Ability to lead and work within teams of multi-faceted personnel.
• Experience in managing programming, planning, execution, and facilitation of events.
• DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Nice-to-haves

• Air Force experience preferred.
