About the position
The Substitute Teacher position is designed for individuals who can step in on a day-to-day basis to provide instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of education and ensuring that students' learning experiences are not disrupted. Substitute teachers are expected to follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, manage classroom behavior, and engage students in learning activities. They may also be responsible for grading assignments and providing feedback to students and parents as needed.
