Overnight Warehouse Worker

About the position

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking Overnight Warehouse Associates to join their team in Aurora, CO. This full-time position offers the opportunity to earn up to $84,000 a year with incentives. The role involves selecting, receiving, and loading products in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring flexibility to work in various temperature zones and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in accordance with environmental, health, safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Continuously pick, lift, carry, and place products into pallets to accurately build customer orders in various temperature environments.
• Visually inspect incoming and outgoing warehouse products to determine acceptability for shipment and/or receiving.
• Read labels and associated documents to count and calculate product quantities for accuracy of shipment.
• Meet company safety, accuracy, and productivity standards while operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Pre-weigh raw ingredients for the compounding deck by following instructions on batch cards.
• Clean work areas using brooms, mops, and other cleaning materials.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience, including picking & packing and order picking skills.
• Proficiency with pallet jack operation is essential.
• Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
