About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Overnight Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. Whether you are a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), this role offers the opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Mexico)
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Must submit a resume to be considered for this position
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
- Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
- Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
