The Overnight Bilingual Customer Experience Agent at AnswerOne is responsible for professionally handling incoming calls in a busy call center environment. Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming calls from customers.
  • Greet callers in a positive and helpful manner.
  • Provide and request required information from callers.
  • Transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
  • Log in at the start of the shift and 'go ready' to begin taking calls.
  • Work on the state-of-the-art call processing system and prioritize customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Computer skills and typing ability (35 wpm or better).
  • Dependability and a welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Entry-level experience, preferably in customer service or call center.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
