About the position

As a Residential Sales Professional, you'll learn how to inspect and identify infestations of various organisms and pests, and you'll be responsible for proposals and presentations that lead to sales. You'll be mobile and independent, representing Terminix in your local community and helping to protect homes and families. After a few months of training, you'll take the lead with your own customers and be part of a community that values strong relationships and giving back.
Responsibilities
- Learn product knowledge and sales techniques for selling Terminix products.
- Inspect and assess pest problems and suggest solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate new business by meeting and greeting potential customers.
- Handle delinquent accounts with grace and effectiveness.
- Participate in training modules and on-the-job training with teammates.
Requirements
- High school education or GED.
- Valid driver's license from current state of residence.
- Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for mixing product labels.
