About The Position

Hood Distribution is a wholesale distributor of hardwood lumber & plywood as well as related specialty wood products. Their customers include cabinet shops, furniture manufacturers, millwork houses, and other related businesses. Hood Distribution is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its High Point, NC facility to cover the Northern North Carolina, West Virginia, Southeast West Virginia, and East Tennessee territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing of products to businesses, with a strong preference for experience in wood products (panels, lumber, and moulding). The role involves generating sales within a defined territory, meeting customer needs, coordinating with inside sales, and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities
