About the position
Duo Form Plastics is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to expand sales in the Midwest and North Central Territories, focusing on OEMs in the Power Sports, Agricultural, and EV Transportation sectors. This role involves managing customer accounts and ensuring high-quality service and product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize potential customers through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the management team.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Complete reports regarding itineraries, expenses, sales calls, leads, and other related matters.
- Must be willing to travel locally to each customer as well nationally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field required.
- Proven track record in technical sales, particularly within the manufacturing industry required.
- Ability to read blueprints required.
