Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead-generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present product offerings to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions meet their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, or recruiting sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, business development, account management, and territory sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
