Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces.
  • Solve problems and build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Listen to customer needs and explain practical solutions.
  • Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home.
  • Make recommendations based on inspections and address customer questions.
  • Prepare sales agreements using a company provided iPad.

Requirements

  • No experience required - training provided.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently.
