About the position
The Outside Canvassing Sales Manager will play a crucial role in leading and training a team of canvassers in the field. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate lead generating outside field representatives.
- Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representative.
- Make regular turf visits and shadow new lead-generating Field Representatives in outdoor settings.
- Adhere to and instruct all Field Representatives on CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outside marketing, door-to-door sales, B2B, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
