About The Position

The Outreach Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for outreach clinic services affiliated with Mile Bluff Medical Center. This role ensures high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across outreach locations while maintaining compliance with ambulatory care standards. This position reports to Director of Ambulatory Services and collaborates across departments to support outreach clinic efficiency, staff engagement, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • RNs with Compact Licensure must obtain Wisconsin RN licensure within 90 days of relocation.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience with budgeting and resource management.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives and foster collaboration across teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of outreach clinic services, including both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Supervise personnel to ensure effective team performance.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Mile Bluff Medical Center ambulatory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and experience.
  • Promote patient- and family-centered care through evidence-based practices and informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate strong communication and collaboration among outreach staff, providers, and leadership.
  • Manage administrative functions including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial oversight.
  • Support achievement of patient care goals through performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.
