About The Position

We are seeking an Outpatient Scheduler to help support our busy and growing outpatient clinic. Primary duties are scheduling persons served, assisting with administrative duties, managing faxes and plans of care, and medical record management. Directly interacts with our persons served and families on a regular basis, providing guidance and assistance through processes they may be unfamiliar with.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of higher education
- Experience working in an Outpatient environment
- Ability to handle sometimes stressful situations with compassion and empathy as persons served and families are challenged with new realities, unfamiliar services, etc.
- Medical Clinic/Outpatient Therapy Clinic Scheduling experience preferred
