About the position

The Outpatient Clinic Nurse at Newberry County Memorial Hospital is responsible for managing daily operations and resources for the provider, while delivering high-quality nursing care. This role involves acting as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to enhance patient care and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and resources for the provider.
• Organize, direct, and administer nursing care utilizing the nursing process, protocols, and standards of nursing practice.
• Act as a liaison between the practice, patient, provider, staff, and outside agencies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• At least one year of experience as a registered nurse working in a hospital or physician office setting is preferred.
• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers is required.
