About The Position
Assist in the day-to-day outlet store operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the GWH outlet store to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates GWH’s Core Values in all actions.
- Ensures adherence to Guiding Principles and CARF standards.
- Assist Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations of the outlet store.
- Assist with training, development, and supervision of associates.
- Assist in the maintenance and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure store security and the safety of GWH associates and property.
