About the position

The Outdoor Public Area Supervisor at Nemacolin is responsible for creating an exciting and memorable environment for guests and associates alike. This role involves supervising the Outside Support Technician department, ensuring the maintenance of outdoor areas, and delivering exceptional guest service. The supervisor must be able to respond to emergencies promptly and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external guest service to the Nemacolin Way.
• Maintain the outside components of the buildings at Nemacolin.
• Empty trash, blow leaves, and ensure cleanliness in guest areas.
• Report any safety hazards to the assigned leader.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Excellent customer/guest service skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to power wash, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
