About the position

Holland Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL OTR Long-Haul Truck Drivers for over-the-road driving positions. The role involves driving long distances, with a focus on delivering consistent freight while maximizing miles. Drivers can expect to be on the road for a minimum of three weeks at a time, with opportunities for bonuses and competitive pay based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-haul routes across the 48 states.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum of 18 months of OTR driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Acceptable PSP, MVR, and accident history.
• No prior drug or alcohol offenses.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with long-haul trucking in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Strong communication skills.
