About the position

The position involves supervisory responsibilities primarily focused on customer relations and staff management within a casino environment. The role requires overseeing hourly staff, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive relationship with the facility manager. The candidate will also be responsible for handling cash shipments and monitoring incidents within the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of customer relations.
  • Directing, scheduling and supervising all hourly staff.
  • Printing daily programs.
  • Accurately counting, balancing and preparing shipments of large amounts of cash.
  • Interfacing with facility manager promoting a harmonious relationship.
  • Monitoring and reporting accidents and/or incidents.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State regulations).
  • Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License.
  • Must be able to obtain Tech 1 License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred 1-3 years of related work experience.
