Novant Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, located in Salisbury, NC, is currently seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Sports Medicine physician. Services include treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions, including bone, muscle, joint, tendon, nerve, and ligament disorders. Our team of more than 50 orthopedic and sports medicine specialists is committed to accelerating recovery with unparalleled access to leading-edge treatments and expert care in a wide range of specialties. During a two-year period of the CMS Bundled Payment for Care Improvement (BPCI) pilot for adult joint replacements, we reduced Medicare spend by 17 percent and skilled nursing facility length-of-stay by 11 days. Our experts use 3D modeling to more precisely make and fit custom knee implants, giving patients a more natural feel with a 99.6 percent success rate.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required.
- Completion of an accredited residency program required.
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty.
- Current MD license in appropriate state.
- Board certification or eligibility.
- Current DEA license required.
