The Treatment Plan Coordinator at Dental Administrators Inc. is a customer-focused role dedicated to facilitating solutions for patients' dental health needs. This position involves engaging with patients, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth patient experience in a supportive and growing practice. Responsibilities

  • Continuously engage and work with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry.
  • Contact 100+ leads daily, schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Masterfully present treatment plans and address patient concerns.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency.
  • Follow the Orthodontist's instructions and adhere to the Orthodontist's directives.
  • Make welcome calls to all new patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit.
  • Proactively receive patients on their first visit, assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit.
  • Prepare financial treatment plans and present to patients for close.
  • Coordinate financial arrangements with patients offering payment options.
  • Present and explain all treatment plans involving out of pocket costs to patients.
  • Ensure effective communication when explaining financial options.
  • Take ownership for all treatment, payment, and appointment related needs and inquiries from patients in person and over the phone.
  • Continuously assist patients in offering payment plans including Care Credit payment options.
  • Ensure all patient payments and insurance statements are up to date and current.
  • Assist in identifying, alerting front desk, and collecting previous balances and current copays.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Motivated and punctual individual with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to engage with patients compassionately and dedicatedly.
  • Strong communication skills to present treatment plans and financial options effectively.
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Care Credit or similar payment plans.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology.
