The Order Picker position at Fytertech Nonwovens LLC involves working the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on efficiently picking orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring quality standards are met while operating warehouse equipment safely. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Turret Truck while picking orders.
• Complete daily picks for all outbound orders (customer orders/transfer orders/internal sample orders).
• Ensure all outbound products meet FyterTech Quality Standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy throughout assigned tasks.
• Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned by Warehouse Coordinator.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance problems to the Warehouse Supervisor and Maintenance personnel.
• Perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Checklists.
• Sweep, pickup debris and maintain a clean work area daily.
• Consolidate partial pallets & re-warehouse inventory as assigned by Shipper 3.
• Actively support company initiatives through words and actions.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn reporting within FyterTech systems, including WMS and NetSuite.
• Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility for nonstandard work hours.
