We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Team and support customers by processing orders, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently are essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
  • 1–2 years of customer service and phone handling experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and order processing.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven experience providing excellent customer support and client service.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone, email, and customer service etiquette.
  • Strong memory and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient math and inventory calculation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review, proof, and accurately enter customer orders into the system.
  • Monitor and process orders received via email, text message, and voicemail.
  • Verify order quantities, pricing, and product details for accuracy.
  • Correct order errors and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Contact customers regarding product availability, shortages, and suitable substitutions.
  • Accurately process high volumes of purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on schedule.
  • Create packing lists, invoices, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other shipping documents.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages while resolving issues professionally.
  • Process Return Authorizations and customer credits as needed.
  • Provide freight quotes to customers and internal team members.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across all seafood and specialty items offered.
  • Maintain organized files, customer records, and databases.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
