About the position

As the Training Lead, this role will be responsible for leading and facilitating training programs focused on Oracle Cloud ERP products, ensuring participants across the organization acquire essential skills and knowledge. The Training Lead will develop comprehensive training strategies in collaboration with the organization's Change Lead, oversee and mentor other trainers, and ensure alignment of employees to appropriate courses. Additionally, they will manage Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user training delivery, coordinating events, schedules, and tracking attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Support trainers in the design and creation of training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources.
  • Conduct training sessions for various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and process leads to identify training needs and requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-implementation to ensure continued proficiency and adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP features, updates, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven training experience preferably related to the implementation of enterprise business applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications (HCM, ERP, SCM), PeopleSoft, or similar systems preferred.
