Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative. In this position, you will provide excellent customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems, entering orders, and completing follow-up procedures. You will maximize customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders and suggesting accessories or replacement items to customers. Additionally, you will write bids and quotations when appropriate and perform follow-up procedures. You will document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system and communicate with Outside Sales to ensure excellent account management and customer service for new and existing customers. Supporting Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plans is also part of your responsibilities. Keeping current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products and attending product and sales training meetings as required are essential to your role. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the database.
