Responsibilities
- Provide eye care services to nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
- Conduct eye examinations and diagnose visual problems.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and other treatments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Valid Optometry License.
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Experience in physiology knowledge.
