About The Position
We are looking for a Medical Secretary/Technician to support our clinical team and patients. You’ll work hands-on with advanced equipment (yes, some of it is NASA-grade) and directly assist in patient care. No previous experience in eye care or healthcare is necessary—we provide paid training for motivated individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Infinity Eye Care is a respected optometric practice located in Indianapolis, IN. We provide comprehensive vision care, advanced diagnostic services, and expert guidance on eyewear, all in a welcoming and supportive environment. We’re expanding our team and looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Escort patients to exam rooms and document medical history
- Perform diagnostic testing, including retinal imaging, visual field testing, electroretinal testing, and refractions
- Conduct pre-exam evaluations and prepare patients for the doctor’s assessment
- Educate patients on contact lens use and care
- Assist during in-office procedures
- Participate in ongoing training for career development
