This role is for the 3rd Shift, Monday to Friday - 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 15% shift differential. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.

  • Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments.
  • Participate in line opening and machine setup.
  • Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.
  • Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance.
  • Continuously supervise products for defects.
  • Suggest improvements to improve the production process.
  • Assist in training and developing peers.
