Responsibilities

• Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed.
• Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.
• Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekend rotation.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 6 months as operator or in customer service.
