About The Position

The schedule for this position will be first shift Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to follow instructions, document your work, and communicate effectively
  • This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy.
  • Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably 2+ years of technical training or experience in a science-related field

Responsibilities

  • Packaging manufactured and resale products with precision and care
  • Monitoring inventory and raw materials to support smooth production
  • Maintaining equipment, including basic repairs and installations
  • Recording and tracking production data and identifying potential issues
  • Following safety procedures for handling chemicals and operating machinery
  • Meeting quality standards by reviewing product specs and adhering to SOPs
  • Supporting your team through cross-functional collaboration and communication
