Responsible for operations, activities, events, facility and budgets of assigned department. Manages assigned staff. Makes decisions based on divisional values and customer-service needs, as well as project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience (5 Years)
• A driver's license is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategies and execution of operations, programs, and/or events.
• Develops standards and training of assigned staff.
• Manages and provides direction and oversight to assigned staff.
• Forecasts staffing needs and establishes staff schedule.
• Hires, on-boards, establishes goals and conducts annual evaluations.
• Analyzes effectiveness of operations, programs, events, etc.
• Serves as responsible for data integrity.
• Oversees assigned budget.
• Ensures facility, utilities, equipment and furnishing are properly maintained and in working order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
