About the position

The position involves the execution of applicable KPIs per company standards, including 'The Morning Routine' and operational aspects of 'The Director's Playbook'. The role requires coordination of daily and weekly activities, planning workloads and staffing accordingly. The individual will be accountable for production, supervision, and discipline of employees, as well as conflict resolution. Monitoring and evaluating employees based on goals and standards is essential, along with enforcing policy and procedure compliance. The position also involves coordination with other departments, responding to and solving production problems, training employees on job-specific duties, and developing employees through coaching. Suggestions for process improvements and effective communication with clients, vendors, and employees are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the individual will assist the Operations Manager with planning and budget processes and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Four years industry experience required
  • Two years supervisory experience required

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional certification may be required in some areas.
