About the position
The Operations & Project Management Lead internship at MELT3D.Collective offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate venture arm of the company. This role focuses on supporting internal operations, client project management, and marketing operations, while establishing frameworks and processes to ensure smooth project execution. The internship is remote and aims to provide valuable insights into project management within a creative technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects within the real estate venture
- Establish and implement operational frameworks and processes
- Coordinate project activities and resources to meet objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Support internal operations, client project management, and marketing operations
- Utilize tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Miro to manage workflows
- Contribute to the implementation of machine learning processes (bonus)
- Provide ideas for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Incredibly organized with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Systems thinker with the ability to distill complex problems into repeatable processes
- Proactive attitude with a get-it-done mindset
- Proficiency or willingness to learn project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, and Miro
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Nice-to-haves
- Interest or experience in 3D, CGI, or interactive experiences
- Familiarity with machine learning processes
- Familiarity with the real estate industry
