We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while also focusing on long-term business development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop long-term strategic and annual operating plans.
- Maintain continuous improvement strategies promoting quality and production through process evaluation.
- Develop and maintain planned maintenance on cranes, saws, compressors and all operational equipment.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong focus on process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a strategic planning mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective leadership.
