The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Tourist Mobility Las Vegas (TMLV), ensuring operational excellence across delivery logistics, fleet readiness, inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service, and field support functions. This role leads the day-to-day execution of the Las Vegas operation while supporting the overall business objectives of the mobility rental division. The Operations Manager directly oversees Driver Technicians and Equipment Technicians, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), delivery expectations, guest service standards, and operational performance metrics are consistently achieved. This position works closely with operational leadership to support business growth, maintain strong hospitality partner relationships, and deliver a high-quality guest experience throughout the Las Vegas market. This role requires a hands-on operational leader capable of balancing hospitality expectations, routing logistics, team leadership, inventory accountability, and service recovery in a fast-paced environment.
