About The Position

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking an LNG Manager to join their LNG team in Nederland, TX. This role offers a versatile career opportunity in the LNG industry. Intertek Caleb Brett specializes in Cargo inspection and analytical assessment services for the oil and gas, chemical, and other commodity markets, leveraging a global network and over 130 years of customer service. They are a Total Quality Assurance Provider, focused on bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life. The LNG Manager will provide oversight for the LNG team, technical support, training, and supervision.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 or more years of LNG experience is required.
Minimum 3 years of Petroleum Inspection experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Applications.
Self-Starter with Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal, and Time Management Skills.
Sales /Marketing Skills.
Valid Driver's License With Reliable Driving Record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Petroleum Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Render accurate, rapid, and efficient inspection services to clients with indisputable integrity.
Ensure adequate equipment and personnel are available for all jobs.
Evaluate Operations employee performance, maintain discipline, and recommend hiring and dismissal, with the advice and consent of the Branch Manager.
Follow up rapidly on any legitimate complaints from Operations personnel and defend the Operations group from harassment by other departments, while also following up rapidly on legitimate complaints from those departments.
Conduct safety meetings to keep personnel informed of safety-related occurrences and decisions, continually evaluate the safety of Operations working conditions, and arrange for necessary corrections.
Seek new business.
Act as a positive company representative to clients.
Carry out responsibilities in a manner demonstrating support for and adherence to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Policy and Procedures, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision and Strategy.
