The Operations Manager at Lacuna Autism Services is responsible for overseeing the financial, business, and operational functions of a newly opened service area in San Antonio, focusing on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services for children aged 0-12. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, personal virtue, and passion, aiming to ensure the success of the service area while fostering communication and collaboration with clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Possess ownership over the designated service area
- Be responsible for the financial, business, and operational functions for both successes and failures of the designated service area
- Maintain open communication with the rest of the clinical and administrative team
- Develop solutions to complex problems and systems that ensure the mission and challenges of Lacuna Autism Services are met
- Collaborate with clinical leadership in the strategic plan for the designated service area
Requirements
- Management experience
- Mid-level experience
- Master's degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Leadership skills
- Experience in healthcare operations or a similar field
