What You'll Do:
Floater The Operations Floater is responsible for performing the functions and accountabilities required of Order Selector, Checker, Loader, Expeditor and Coordinator roles interchangeably, and as required. Specifically:
Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Essential Functions of Order Selector and Expeditor roles in Cold Chain, as required (see applicable Job Descriptions)
Must meet company minimum production standards on a weekly basis
Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines

Requirements

• Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Accountabilities and Supporting Activities of Order Selector and Expeditor roles as required.
• Ability to work in temperatures below -5 degrees.
• Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.
• Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities
